This East Hampton new build reflects LMS Design's comprehensive vision from the ground up, guiding every exterior and interior detail. From sourcing shingles, gutters, and stone patio materials to specifying wall colors, trim details, and custom fireplace stone, the design creates a cohesive narrative throughout. The kitchen showcases Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances paired with custom cabinetry by Central Kitchens, featuring sleek matte black lacquer perimeter cabinets and rift cut white oak accents, all with custom appliance panels for a seamless look. Quartz countertops with full-height backsplash maintain clean, modern lines, while the bathrooms balance practicality and elegance—ceramic tile and porcelain flooring in the secondary baths, with luxurious Calacatta marble elevating the master suite. This project embodies refined living where thoughtful material choices and expert craftsmanship unite.
