This Amagansett Dunes residence represents three years of thoughtful design evolution, resulting in a sophisticated beach retreat that balances entertaining capabilities with everyday comfort. The heart of the home features a custom kitchen anchored by an innovative Transformer Table that adapts to any occasion, complemented by vibrant Zia tile backsplash that introduces subtle color and texture. Light-filled living spaces furnished with Crate & Barrel and Herman Miller pieces flow seamlessly through expansive sliding glass doors, encouraging indoor-outdoor entertaining around a gas fireplace. A custom-built wood slat feature wall provides architectural intrigue while preserving natural light from the stairwell. Wide plank character grade floors anchor each space, from the primary suite appointed with RH and Four Hands furnishings to upstairs bedrooms featuring Room & Board and Pottery Barn selections—all prioritizing durability and livability alongside refined aesthetics.
